HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER
Ordering custom covers is simple! Follow these steps :
Choose the closest measurements to your cushion size from the options available and add to cart. Please enter your exact measurements (Length x Width x Height) in the notes section at checkout. each one is custom made so please write how many of each

Please measure your foam or if measuring while a cover is on it , from seam to seam …

Covers while they are off, as it’s very hard to get a true reading which your new covers will reflect that measurement …
We’re aiming for perfection
I work to the mm to ensure the best fit possible .
By default, zippers are placed on the longest edge and slightly around one corner for easy fitting. If you prefer a different placement, please note that in your order.
We use top-quality fabrics from trusted suppliers such as:
- Warwick Fabrics
- Agora
- Seahawk
- Or, supply your own fabric!
If you have a favorite Warwick fabric that isn’t listed in our shop, feel free to ask about availability. If you prefer to DIY and only need fabric, you can also purchase fabric directly from the shop. Dacron is available to refresh your existing cushions, or you can inquire about purchasing new foam.
After your order
Once your order is placed, I’ll follow up via email to address any queries or special instructions you’ve included in your notes. Feel free to reach out with any specific questions—I’m here to ensure your cushions are exactly as you envisioned!
If you’re supplying your own fabric, please allow up to one week for us to respond with meterage requirements. You can also have your fabric sent directly to us from suppliers ( such as Spotlight) Please have it sent in your name with my address . Just remember, the fabric must be upholstery-specific for furnishings.

Generally cushions under 650mm x 650mm need about 1.2 meters of fabric per cushion. For cushions up to 900mm , you’ll need around 2.2 meters per cushion. Add an extra 0.6 meters per cushion if you want piping (decorative cording around the edge).
When selecting fabric, keep in mind the fabric width (standard bolts are 1400mm wide). To avoid seams, we often railroad the fabric (turn it sideways) to better fit the cushion length. If you don’t want this please write in the notes.
